Skin Candy Company™ Wholesale Policies
Eligibility: Please note our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers who with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only. Generally, our wholesale products are priced 50% below MSRP. When purchasing in large quantities (100 or more per unit) we can offer an additional discount of 10%. Pre-Pack bundles are not eligible for wholesale discounts.
Requirements: If you are interested in becoming a wholesale partner you must create a customer account. Once a customer account is created you must submit the wholesale form with all listed information. Your store must meet the standards of Skin Candy Company™ brand and not dilute the image we promise to uphold for our wholesale family.

By placing a wholesale order, you are stating that you understand and adhere to all policies set forth by Skin Candy Company™.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER MINIMUM? Minimum order of $50 for wholesale orders.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? Keep in mind that each product is handmade to order and is hand packaged too. All orders are completed in the order in which they are received. With that being said please understand we need time to make these little luxuries and cannot honor request for rush orders and will not honor any listed need by date listed in order notes.
Current lead times will be posted under COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS but lead times may be extended for any reason, commonly for high volume.
A PRODUCT ORDERED IS ON BACKORDER, WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT? Back-ordered items can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please specify if you would like items to be sent as they are ready or held until the order is able to be shipped in full. Additional shipping fees may apply.
HOW IS PAYMENTS PROCESSED? Due to the nature of our products (handmade to order) all orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. Payment terms (Net 30, 60, 90, etc.) is offered but requires a commitment with Skin Candy Company of purchase orders at or exceeding $100,000.00 annually. In the event of a failed commitment to pay Net Term agreements, shipments will stop until the account is in good standing and must remain in good standing. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up Net Term agreements. We accept all major credit cards including AMEX. Cashier’s checks and US Money Orders are accepted with prior arrangements made (checks and money orders must clear by our banking institution before order will be shipped). Credit Card charges will appear on your statement as Skin Candy Company™.
ORDER CANCELLATION? We move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. All cancellations must be done within 24 hours of order placement, no exceptions.
WHAT ARE LAD TIMES FOR PRIVATE LABELING? Private labeling is a secondary service provided by Skin Candy Company™. $750.00 minimum order required. Lead times will depend on the size of the order. If an order is received requesting private labeling but does not meet the minimum order we will not honor this request and Skin Candy's label will be placed on products. An additional 3-5 business days are required for private labeling services. If you would like your logo added we must receive your logo in either jpeg or png format.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES? Due to the nature of the product we do not offer returns, refunds, or returns for exchange. Bath & body products can't be returned elsewhere and we are no exception, this includes private label custom orders for any reason. We detail the scent and product description of each item, please read descriptions before purchasing.
LOST, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS? If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 24 hours after its arrival at email@example.com, include a description of the damage, pictures of the damaged products, and pictures of all angles of the shipment box and we will make it right. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Skin Candy Company™ within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given. We reserve the right to refuse damaged products if we determine the damage was not caused by shipping but by malicious intent.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS? For best results we recommend using the product within 12 months of purchase. Over time the products fragrance may diminish and if made with vanilla may discolor to brown on some areas. For care of your product we recommend keeping your little luxury away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. High humidity may cause your bath bomb to fizz so please do not remove from original packaging.
DOES YOUR PRODUCT COME READY TO SELL? Yes. We package all of our little luxuries Ready for Retail. This means when your package arrives, unpack and display. For specifics on product packaging please refer to the individual products description. Each shipment comes with a rack card for you to display that will inform your customers about the products and is known to increase sales.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW WILL IT SHIP? Once your order is complete we will begin packaging your little luxuries. Orders are shipped using FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Priority and First Class Mail. Tracking information will be provided at time of shipment. If you would like us to use your shipping account, please include all necessary acct info. Insurance is required on all international orders (when available). If your particular country does not enable the purchase of insurance on your package, Skin Candy Company™ will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. Skin Candy Company™ reserves the right to refuse any order felt to be fraudulent.
I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER BUT IT SHOWS NO MOVEMENT? It has been our experience that at times you may not be able to track your order until 24-36 hours after it has been shipped. In rare cases, the carrier may be negligent in scanning the tracking barcode upon picking up the package. This produces a default message on their site acknowledging that the tracking number has been generated, but not acknowledging receipt, and it indirectly implies that perhaps the package did not ship. If this occurs, please be assured that your order did indeed ship. Usually the tracking information shows up when the package arrives at the destination distribution center. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? We currently ship to all countries who do not hold regulations on shipping soap. If you are a foreign distributor we would love to talk to you! All international orders will be given additional shipping quote to confirm prior to processing your order. You may be billed separately for international shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
OTHER WHOLESALE INFORMATION. Accounts will be reviewed annually. We reserve the right to cancel an account if Skin Candy Company™ goods are not being well maintained, stocked in suitable temperatures, displayed well, and kept in good hygiene or if the account changes ownership. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited. Skin Candy Company does not allow our products to be sold on any type of auction site. Skin Candy Company™ products can only be sold at physical location provided to Skin Candy Company™ at the time of order, and products must be sold under and by the company whose TAX ID number is on file. Skin Candy Company™ products cannot be sold at temporary locations not previously approved by Skin Candy Company™ (such as art & craft festivals) on Etsy or Amazon. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of Skin Candy Company™.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY (MAP): The MAP policy applies to all Skin Candy Company™ products. Our minimum advertised price for Skin Candy Company™ products is the retail price listed on www.skincandycompany.com. Resellers may offer products on promotion at a lower advertised discount only with written permission from Skin Candy Company™. The MAP policy may be adjusted by Skin Candy Company™ at its sole discretion. The MAP policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual customer within the reseller’s retail location or over the phone. Skin Candy Company™ resellers are free to sell MAP products at any price they choose. This MAP policy does not in any way limit the ability of any dealer to advertise generic phrases such as that they “have the lowest prices” or “will meet or beat any competitor’s prices,” or similar phrases so long as the price advertised or listed is not below the MAP. To protect our resellers from unfair competition and to maintain the brand’s image, Skin Candy Company™ will regularly review all reseller commerce sites and conduct in-depth web searches to ensure consistent adherence to this policy. In cases of violation of this MAP policy, resellers will be allowed 24 hours to bring all advertising into compliance. Warnings and written notices will not be provided. Failure to comply immediately will result in discontinued shipments and possible account termination. Skin Candy Company™ reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of Skin Candy Company™.
TERRITORY LIMITATIONS: The sale or distribution of Skin Candy Company™ products outside the United States or to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Skin Candy Company™. Skin Candy Company™ reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of Skin Candy Company™.
INTERNET RETAILER REQUIREMENTS: Resellers must have privacy and customer service policies, as well as overall business ethics that are compatible with those of Skin Candy Company™. It is crucial that the Skin Candy Company™ family remain a reputable and trusted brand. All internet resellers must have a web address of their own to sell Skin Candy Company™ products. You may not use a subdirectory of another company’s URL, such as an Amazon.com storefront or Etsy shop. Additionally, you cannot sell products through any online auction site such as eBay. Skin Candy Company™ products should be represented as part of a category of like products, and should make up only a portion of the offerings sold online by the web retailer. Once approved for wholesale and only for products actually purchased will you be allowed to use Skin Candy Company™ photography free of charge for use on your website in order to maintain a consistent presentation of the brand. All Skin Candy Company™ material, including text from our website, ads, catalog, and other written documentation, may be used only with the express written consent of Skin Candy Company™. The presentation of the Skin Candy Company™ line on your site must clearly differentiate from Skin Candy Company™ websites and must not confuse a “reasonable consumer”. Skin Candy Company™ will review your website prior to setting up an account and reserves the right to refuse sales at its discretion. Skin Candy Company™ will also review your site periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with this policy.
